Hybrid Flooring System Provides Refurbishment Solution

Flowcrete NZ was approached by Concrete Specialist NZ Ltd. to specify a high-performance resin floor coating system in the Wairau Park Toyota workshop, due to the existing system showing signs of wear and tear. Flowcoat UV was once again the system of choice for Flowcrete NZ given its previous success for the client.

The Flowcoat UV hybrid system ( Flowcoat OP + Deckshield UV) was specified to provide a robust, easy to clean finish that would maintain a functional, yet aesthetic surface despite the oils, brake fluids, impacts, and scrapes involved in cars maintenance activity.

The body coat Flowcoat OP is a hardwearing and solvent-free, epoxy resin flooring solution used to service various industrial workspaces by delivering the best level in protective and chemical resistant floor coatings.

The finish coat of Deckshield UV urethane was applied as a protective wear coat, offering a high level of UV and chemical resistance, extending the life cycle of the floor.

This floor was completed over the Anzac long weekend, including the concrete floor preparation.  Flowcrete NZ and Concrete Specialists NZ Ltd have installed another high-quality flooring.
